Each year on the anniversary of it’s incorporation Australian companies are required to submit an annual return with ASIC.
As a part of our Registered Office Service we check your company statements, ensure ASIC is kept up to date with any changes to company details, as well as preparing any necessary ASIC forms and/or company minutes.
